It was in a marvellous location very close to view of rocket launches from the beach, Orlando and major beaches and Florida. It also was in the park next to the resort.

Also, location was marvellous and beautiful, within easy walking distance of Bicentennial Park. The room we were changed to was exceptionally clean and included central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven.

We loved the spacious and clean unit with a fantastic view of the ocean from our balcony. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was perfect for our beach trip. The covered and close parking made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. Plus, the staff, especially Patricia, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The spaciousness of the rooms and the cleanliness were definitely the best aspects of my stay. The two bedrooms provided ample space for my family, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The location was also key, with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Plus, the resort had a great pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, as well as a grill for cooking. It was really convenient to have all these amenities available.
There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. there was a slight odor in the carpet that could have used some cleaning.

Location: the hotel was close to ocean, beach, pool, hot tub--great ocean view and everything-Coco Beach, Orlando & Disney, the Zoo, kayaking and fishing and Gulf Shores. Local fast food option Burger King was 5 minutes walk away...

Had a relaxing stay for our first family vacation there, everything was well-maintained. The booked room was recently renovated and neat with a nice view. And the room's amenities were overall nice! The location in the park next to the resort was great and stunning. Also, the hotel was not too far from Irene h Canova Park.
